At the Best Western East Towne Suites we can cater to any size lunch or supper. We also have a variety of different donuts, bagels, sweet rolls and muffins to choose from for a morning break. In the afternoon you can have soda with sports snacks or cookies.
We feature many different rooms to accommodate your meetings. The East, Spring and Annamark rooms are fully flexible arrangements for banquets, meetings, gatherings or showings. The Cafe Loraine is available after 11:00 a.m. daily. It is ideal for rehearsal dinners, luncheons, reunions, hospitality or small weddings.
Our Board Room is a private board room ideal for conferences and training sessions for up to 10 guests. This room even includes a sofa sleeper. In addition, we have our 2 Room Suite, which is a guest room that can be used for meetings. The Sico Suite is also a guest room which includes a wet bar, refrigerator and microwave. It is ideal for executive conferences, hospitality and showings.
