The Best Western Hotel & Conference Center offers 25,000 square feet of meeting space that divides into 16 smaller meeting rooms. Located on the Mezzanine level, the Chesapeake Ballroom is an impressive 6,600 square feet and seats up to 500 people. It can be divided into three smaller meeting rooms. In addition our 6,600 square foot theatre is now the home of Toby's Dinner Theatre of Baltimore (www.tobysdinnertheatre.com). This level offers a 3,000 square foot pre-function area and the Bayview, Canton, and Fells Point meeting rooms. These are perfect for smaller meetings or hospitality suites.
Our 3,000 square foot Harbor Ballroom, located directly off the lobby, is newly renovated and offers a built-in parquet dance floor. This room is very popular for both meetings and receptions and is easily accessible from the lobby. It can accommodate up to 250 people.
Our fifth floor hosts two board rooms, a large meeting room, and extensive pre-function area. Fort McHenry and Francis Scott Key can be opened to serve as one large room, or divided into two, three, or four separate rooms. The flexible floor plan and large pre-function area make the fifth floor an ideal location for meetings or trade shows.
