From: Interstate-78. Take exit 40 at Krumsville onto PA-737 south. Just before Kutztown take US-222 south towards Reading. Stay on US-222 south past all the Reading exits by following the signs to Lancaster. Take the exit labeled PA-724/Sinking Spring/Shillington. Bear right and follow PA-724 east/Revere Boulevard for one mile. Turn right onto US-222 Business/Lancaster Avenue. The Best Western Reading Inn will be two blocks on the left.

From: PA-61. To US-222 south toward Lancaster. Stay on US-222 south past all the Reading exits by following the signs to Lancaster. Take the exit labeled PA-724 / Sinking Spring / Shillington. . From: US-30. Merge onto US-222 north toward Ephrata/Reading. Follow US-222 north for approximately 23 miles past the Adamstown and Mohnton exits. Take the exit labeled US-222 Business/Lancaster Avenue/Shillington. The Best Western Reading Inn will be three quarters of mile ahead on the right.

From: Interstate 176. Take exit 3. Turn left onto Philadelphia Avenue/PA-724 west toward Shillington. Stay straight on Philadelphia Avenue/PA-724 west for approximately four and one half miles. Continue straight through the junction of PA 724 onto US-222 Business Lancaster Ave/Lancaster Pike. The Best Western Reading Inn will be two blocks ahead on the left.

From: Hershey, on US-422 E. Take US-422 east into the town of Sinking Spring. At the McDonalds, turn right onto PA-724 east/Shillington Road which becomes Revere Boulevard and follow it for three miles. Turn right onto US-222 Business/Lancaster Avenue. The Best Western Reading Inn will be two blocks ahead on the left.
